Here is the first ever entry to my awesome BLOG!!!!!!! Happy you can join me!!!!!! Here, hopefully there will be some information you can use.  I'll be going over all sorts of things that have to do with Japanese cuisine.  Like how to make miso soup, Japanese curry rice, niku-jaga(meat and potatoes).  I'd like to spread the love of Japanese cuisine to more than it is today.  I feel that Japanese food has become so popular in America, but not all japanese foods are recognized.  I'd like to introduce things that are more common in Japan like a good ol' family style meal.  People have told me that it would never work.  American taste and Japanese tastes are different is what they told me.  I grew up in RVC and I can tell you from living in Japan that the food is awsome and I don't see anyone not agreeing.  Anyway, I just wanted to say hi and I hope you enjoy the website!!!!!  I want to give a quick shout out to the people that made this website possible and they are Jimmy, Jamal and Brad  @ J & J Multi-media.  Thanks for putting up with my B.S. and making such a great website!!! Thanks for making it so easy to navigate too!!!!! If anyone needs or wants to make a website, or spiff up and existing one, these are the guys to go to.  JUST LOOK AT MY SITE AND YOU'LL SEE!!!!!!!!!
