Here is a simple way of making a great ginger dressing. Although it is not the same recipe we use here, I’m certain that you will enjoy this recipe. I encourage you to dab and play with recipes to try to create your own ‘flavor’. Like if you’re not about balsamic, try using a sherry vinegar or a nice blue berry vinegar or using olive oil instead of salad oil, things of that sort. All of the ingredients listed below are available at your local supermarket.  Just remember, changing an ingredient will change the taste of the recipe so BE CAREFUL!! :-) Good luck and happy cooking!!

GINGER DRESSING

1/2 cup. salad oil
1/4 cup. orange juice
2 Tblspn. balsamic vinegar
2 Tblspn. fresh ginger, finely grated
1 Tblspn. soy sauce
1 Tblspn. honey or dijon mustard
1 Tblspn. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
2 scallions, chopped (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender or salad mix shaker.
